Jacqueline Driscoll, of Yorktown, was arrested around 4:25 p.m., on April 30, after Putnam County Sheriff's Deputy Shawn Iarussi responded to a report of a car crash in the Town of Putnam Valley, the Sheriff's Office said.
Once on the scene, Iarussi observed a gray Honda, off the road, with damage to two tires and the entire undercarriage, police said.
While talking with Driscoll, Iarussi found that she was allegedly intoxicated and placed under arrest, police said.
She was charged with DWI and DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more.
Driscoll was issued an appearance ticket and released on her own recognizance, pending a future court date in the Town of Putnam Valley Justice Court.
